Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment, and is separate from delivery time.
Some items sold on our website may be in stock, pre-order, or produced on a rolling basis due to high demand. In certain cases, we may continue accepting orders even after an item appears sold out while restock or production is already in progress. This allows us to fulfill orders without compromising quality.
For pre-order or made-to-order items, production is already underway at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page or in your order confirmation. These items may take approximately 2–4 weeks to ship depending on production and fulfillment timelines. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing and shipping timeframe.
Once an order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
